Cloning FBA with BIPs & Simple BIPs

Behavior Advantage allows users to Clone FBA with BIP and Simple BIP reports.  Cloning allows users to easily create a copy of a previous FBAs with BIPs, or Simple BIPs, make modifications, and save the updated file to a student’s folder.  This feature saves a lot time when updating behavior plans and helps teams easily change existing behavior plans when necessary.  Files can also be Cloned to other student's files, where they can be edited and individualized to match the specific needs of that student.

Cloning

• First, locate the file that you want to Clone with a student's Behavior Supports tab.
• Click on the Action button next to the file that you want to Clone.

• Select Clone FBA/BIP

• Use the Search bar to select the student for whom you want to Clone the file.  [Note: If updating a file or BIP for the same student, then select the same student you are cloning the file from.]

• Click the Clone FBA/BIP button.
• You are now taken to the new Cloned file, where you can edit, update, and individualize as necessary.  [Note:  The new Cloed Report Name will begin "Clone of: . . . . " and you can easily rename the report as needed.]
