Complete FBA with BIP or Simple BIP & Print Reports

FBA with BIP

1. Enter a Report Name for the FBA with BIP [Required for all reports]
2. Use the control panel on the left to navigate and complete all relevant sections of the FBA.  Note: Any sections left blank will not appear in the PDF Report.
   
3. Save:  Click the orange Savebutton on the left control panel to save any new information or changes entered 
   • Note: A reminder will pop-up if you try to leave a page without saving.
4. Click on the BIP tab at the top of the left control panel to navigate and complete all relevant sections of the BIP. Note: Any sections left blank will not appear in the PDF Report.
   
5. Save:  Click the orange Save button on the left control panel to save any new information or changes entered 
   • Note: A reminder will pop-up if you try to leave a page without saving.
     
6. Print Reports:  Click on the Report(s) button on the bottom of the left control panel to save or download a copy of the PDF reports associated with the FBA and/or the BIP
   • Note: The Reports button for BIP allows you to download and save a PDF of the Full Report (BIP) and/or the Implementation Checklist for the BIP

Simple BIP

1. Enter a Report Name for the Simple BIP [Required for all reports]
2. Use the control panel on the left to navigate and complete all relevant sections of the Simple BIP. Note: Any sections left blank will not appear in the PDF Report.
   
3. Save:  Click the orange Savebutton on the left control panel to save any new information or changes entered 
   • Note: A reminder will pop-up if you try to leave a page without saving.
     
4. Print Reports:  Click on the Report(s) button on the bottom of the left control panel to save or download a copy of the PDF reports associated with the Simple BIP
   • Note: The Reports button for Simple BIP allows you to download and save a PDF of the Full Report (Simple BIP) and/or the Implementation Checklist for the Simple BIP
