Create a Tracker Point Sheet

1. On the homepage, click Tracker Actions on the right of the top blue header and select GoTo Tracker Template Builder 
2. Click Create Template in the upper left
3. Fill out the Create New Template fields and click Create
4. Use the +Add and Edit buttons to Design a Tracker Template:
   • Add Domain: Title and point descriptions
   • Edit classes/intervals:  Add and title classes/intervals to record points
   • Add a bonus point category
   • Add additional Target Behavior(s) to monitor
5. Print:  To print a PDF of the Tracker Point Sheet, click on Template Actions in the upper-left and select Download PDF to save a PDF copy to your desktop.
