Q. How can I add more signature lines?
A. Currently, four signature lines are added on each report.
Q. Can I put 0, 1, 2 Points in the Classes/Intervals Section?
A. Point Rating Scales are used to define, anchor, and levelize Behavior Domain definitions and descriptions. The Classes and Intervals Section is used to schedule when a learner will check-in with a trusted adult and/or self-monitor their own behaviors throughout the day.
Q. How can I determine Baseline?
A. First, define the target behavior; Second, select a measurement tool (e.g., Behavior Advantage's Frequency, Duration, or Rating Scale Data Collection Tools), Third, establish consistent observation periods and conditions in which to collect behavior data, Fourth, track behaviors over a sufficient period of time to show consistent patterns and trends, Lastly, gather more information from the team and ensure reliability and validity of the data collected.
Q. What is the Assessment Dates section used for?
A. The Assessment Dates section, in the FBA tab, can be used to document time spent conducting the Functional Behavior Assessment. These activities usually include Direct Observations, Clinical Interviews with educators, student, and/or family, and Record Reviews.
Q. How can I change the Student Information on my report? The Student Information on my report will not update.
A. The Student Information, or General Information, at the top of FBA, BIP, and Simple BIP reports is autopopulated from the Student Info tab at the time of the report's creation. To change or edit this information for a specific report that needs to be updated, follow these steps: a) Navigate to the report you want to edit in the Behavior Supports tab (e.g., by clicking on the Report Name), b) scroll to the bottom of the Basic Info section, c) open the Student Information table, d) edit the Student Information for this specific report and Click Save.
