Modifying Tracker Point Sheets

If you create a Tracker point sheet and later want to change something about that point sheet, here are two items to first consider:

  • If you change the point scale, number of behavior domains, and/or number of intervals, then you are essentially changing the measurement device; therefore, data collected on the previous version cannot be accurately compared to data on the new modified version.
  • If you add or delete a Bonus Point or Target Behavior category, then you can still continue to collect point sheet data and compare previous to newly collected data.

Tip:  It's best to attempt to solidify your point sheet design before collecting a sufficient amount of data for progress monitoring if possible.

Below are instructions to modify the Master Point Sheet and update a student's point sheet to match:

  2. Click on the Template Name you would like to modify
  3. Use the editing options to make any modifications to the template
