Clinical Use:  Wraparound Supports

Wraparound supports: Some students who exhibit severe problem behaviors require a more comprehensive approach to intervention.  Mental health services, psychiatric care, family-based supports, and other social service agencies (found outside the school) may be involved in an inclusive treatment package.  In these cases, designate a lead team member to coordinate scheduled communications between the school, family, and care providers to better ensure a collaborative care model.
